Lately I've been reminded of my maternal grandparents a lot, and I did two layouts about them for challenges at Cottage Arts. Memories of my grandma are tied up with the taste and smell of her cooking. Her home always smelled of something baking. My first layout was for a recipe challenge and is her recipe for Sour Cream Cookies. It's still one of my favorite cookies!
This layout was done for a poem challenge at Cottage Arts. I started the poem of my most vivid memories of Grandma and Grandpa years ago, shortly after Grandma died.
